Do you accept returns / exchanges?
We do not issues refunds for returned items or offer exchanges. Please carefully review item(s) before placing your order and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about a garment before placing the order.

How do the items fit?
All clothing has been preowned and/or pre-worn and/or preshrunk, because of this all items fit uniquely. Further, because the items are vintage / preowned the tagged size may vary from the actual fit. I try to describe each item's fit and condition with as much detail as possible to try and ensure customer satisfaction. 

Are items washed before shipping?
Yes. Though I do have a cat, all items have been washed and/or steamed before being shipping. All clothing comes from a smoke-free home.

When can I expect my order to arrive and is tracking included?
Tracking is not provided with the standard Canadian shipping option but is available with the upgraded shipping option. Orders shipping within Canada can be expected to ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 7 business days unless upgraded to 2 business days express shipping.* Orders shipping outside of Canada will ship within 1-3 business days and will be provided a tracking number. These orders can be expected to arrive in 7 days.*
