Bring in a minimum of 10 items any day we are open, no appointment necessary. Please ensure the items are in a bag, off hangers and freshly laundered, free of odours, rips, tears, spots and stains. We will not accept any items that have not been freshly washed, and bags that you bring your items in will not be returned.
We will only select items that are in season, on-trend and/or 80s - 00s vintage. Please take a moment to view our lookbook / online store to familiarize yourself with the styles we accept and our price points.

Note: Take advantage of our drop + shop coupon by bringing in your items off between Tuesday - Thursday and receive a 15% OFF coupon valid towards your next purchase made Tuesday - Thursday.

Spring / Summer: February 1st - June 30th
Fall / Winter: August 1st - November 30th

Your items will be sorted within 3 weeks of your drop off. We do not sort on the spot. You may select to pick up the items we do not select to sell or donate the items to Women in Need Society. If you select to pick up, the items we do not select will be set aside to pick up for up to 2 weeks from the date we send your email, after which the items will be passed on to donation. Please note, items selected for sale cannot be returned or retrieved under any circumstances and if your drop off is over the equivalent of 1 garbage bag you must select to donate due to limited storage.

 
Once all your items have been processed you will receive an email outlining the amount you will receive based on the established price of the clothing. Choose between receiving 40% in-store credit or 20% in cash (paid via e-transfer). Prices are established by the store owners and are non-negotiable.

Please note: You will receive an email regarding your cash / credit options after we have processed all of your items (this means items may be put on the floor before you've heard from us)

We reserve the right to factor the cost of cleaning / repairs into your cash or credit balance. If we select items that are considered out-of-season, you will receive 10% in cash (paid via e-transfer) or 20% in credit for those items.

After informing us of your selection of either cash or credit we will process your payment. If you choose cash, the money will be sent to you via e-transfer within 10 days of informing us of your selection. If you choose to receive in-store credit, the amount will be added to your customer account to be used anytime, online or in-store, and does not expire.
